  • Adjusted fresh green chili peppers down to achieve a balanced medium-spicy profile.

  • Continued monk fruit powder for sweetness; plan to transition to monk fruit drops in the next batch for cleaner integration.

  • Upgraded to Grade A shallots from Vietnam for consistency and quality.

  • Switched to organic sourcing for key ingredients: red chili peppers, garlic, and superfood seeds.

August 2025

  • Increased fresh green chili peppers, raising spice level from medium to hot.

  • Began lightly crushing shallots for better texture and to address feedback on larger pieces.

  • Identified quality issues with shallot sourcing (excess skin, oversized pieces). Initiated search for higher-grade supply.

  • Improved hot-fill process with new equipment for more consistent oil infusion.
