Wok 'N 'Tadka is born at the crossroads of Asian and Indian kitchens. We start with the Asian classic of chili crunch and elevate it with the bold, time-honored spices of India. Crafted with extra virgin olive oil, superfood seeds, and honest ingredients, every jar delivers a fusion that’s both rooted in tradition and refreshingly new.


Meet the Maker
I am Joan and along with my husband Ragu and my son Akhil —we blend family traditions and flavors from India, China and the Philippines. We craft our chili crunch right in Atlanta, GA.
Wok 'N' Tadka began in our home kitchen as a way to bring bold, wholesome flavor to everyday meals. What started as a passion project has grown into jars we’re proud to share with the world—crafted with care, honesty, and a love for food that brings people together.
